The ASCL-0508-R is a highly integrated industrial lighting control module featuring constant-current drive design. It supports 8 5V lighting outputs (4 strobe channels + 4 steady-on channels), with strobe response ≤1μs and a maximum single-channel power of 1W. Designed to meet high-speed visual inspection requirements, the module integrates 4 PT1000 temperature sensing channels, supports both software and hardware triggering, and includes RS232 communication. Powered by a single 24VDC supply with short-circuit protection, it simplifies system wiring, enhances equipment stability, and delivers precise light source control and environmental monitoring for automated production lines.
