The ASCM series is Zhuoxing's industrial-grade EtherCAT bus digital I/O control module. It operates on a single DC24V power supply and supports both centralized and distributed installation. Widely used in automated production lines, equipment control, signal acquisition, and drive applications, the ASCM series directly connects to sensors, relays, and other loads, providing a stable and efficient I/O expansion solution for industrial automation systems.

Distributed Installation Guide

The distributed I/O module uses a master-slave architecture. Slave cards can be installed close to sensors and cylinders on-site, reducing cable run lengths, minimizing harnesses, and improving immunity to interference.

Installation and User Guide

1. Install:Mount the module at the control cabinet or equipment site. Ensure proper ventilation and keep it away from strong electromagnetic interference.
2. Wiring:Connect to DC 24V power supply, DI sensors, DO loads, and EtherCAT bus.Do not connect wires while power is on
3. Power On:Power on after confirming correct wiring. Verify that the power, run, and I/O status LEDs are functioning normally.
4. Configuration:Import the ESI file into the PLC/EtherCAT Master program, scan EtherCAT slaves, configure I/O mapping, and you're ready to go.
5. Maintenance:Regularly inspect wiring; maintain ambient temperature at 10~50°C in a dry, dust-free environment.
