The product integrates 8 independent light source control channels, supporting high-speed, high-precision dimming and analog signal acquisition. It is compatible with EtherCAT industrial bus and RS232 serial ports, and adapts to various visual light sources including ring lights and area lights. Installation and User Guide
1. Installation: Mount the module in a well-ventilated control cabinet, away from strong electromagnetic interference, ensuring it is securely fastened. 2. Wiring: Connect to a 24V DC power supply and ensure reliable grounding; connect light sources, analog signals, trigger lines, and communication lines (EtherCAT/RS32) according to labels. Never connect or disconnect while powered. 3. Power-on & Debugging: After verifying wiring, power on the system and configure light intensity, trigger mode, and communication parameters using TwinCAT or a serial terminal. 4. Operation & Maintenance: Once running normally, regularly inspect the power supply, wiring, and environment. Maintain operating temperatures between -10~50°C. Do not plug/unplug or modify the module while powered.
