ASCM-0808-U is an all-in-one industrial multifunction control module from Zhuoxing. It operates on a single DC 24V power supply and integrates digital I/O, high-speed analog acquisition, temperature sensing, and CAN communication. The module connects to the host PC via USB 2.0 Type-C for high-speed data transfer. With built-in protection and status indicators, it can be directly connected to sensors and relays. Installation and User Guide
1. Install:Mount the module securely in the control cabinet, away from strong electromagnetic interference, ensuring adequate ventilation.
2. Wiring:Connect to 24V power and ground; connect DI/DO, analog signals, temperature sensors, and CAN bus; insert Type-C USB.Do not connect wires while power is on。
3. Power On:Power on after verifying wiring is correct. Check that the power and I/O indicator lights are functioning normally.
4. Debug:Connect to a PC and configure IO, analog, temperature, and CAN parameters via the host software.
5. Maintenance:Regularly inspect wiring. Maintain environment at -10~50°C, dry and dust-free.
